英文摘要 | A new process is proposed for producing color filters by use of anionic electrodepositioncoatings. In this process, the stripping capability of positive photoresist PR-1 is better thanPR-2 and PR-3. The minimum flood exposure dosage is 50 mJ/cm��. The optimal curingcondition for electrodeposited films is 135-150℃ for 10-20 minutes. The most suitable stripping solution is 5 of NaOH(aq). The advantages of this process are: high light transmittance by the use of anionic electrodeposited films, high usability of colored paint and free arranging of color pixels. |
