中文摘要 | 自動化可提高一個組織的生產力與競爭力,但是,自動化的成本是很昂貴的,自動化技術的選擇非常廣泛,況且新的自動化技術的發展進度十分快速,況且自動化與管理的活動在一個組織內是十分複雜的,所以自動化的決策常會失敗,致引起管理階層的挫敗感,提供一個全自動化選擇的方位檢視過程實屬必要我們利用關係矩陣,分析層級過程,及線性規劃來處理自動化技術對1.組織的活動2.質的因素3.有限預算,之間的複雜性及相依性做探討,結果顯示,此模型可提高其決策品質在自動化技術的選擇上。 |
英文摘要 | Automation is highly concernced with improving productivity and cnhancing the competitiyiveness of an ORGANIZATION. However, the expense of automation is very high; the choice of automation techniques is too large; the invention of new automation techniqes is very fast; the relationships between autonation and the management activities of an ORGANIZATION are too complex. Hence, decisions to automate laways fail to succeed and managcrs feel frustrated. Therefore, a global consideration process for choosing automation techniques is nccessary. We use "Relationship Matrix.","Analytic Hierarchy process.", and "Linear Programming" in the process of dealing with complex, inter-dependent relations among of automation techniques in terms of ORGANIZATION activities, qualitative factors, and the limited budget problem. The results show that it can cnhance the quality of decision making in the choice of an automation technique. |
