中文摘要 | 在迎接廿一世紀來臨的前夕,台灣為了邁構一個新而獨立的海洋國家,除了要透過 民選總統,加入聯合國來完成政治實體的宣告外,更需要發展一套「臺灣主體性的文化政策」, 期使透過民主、平等、多元族群蠶合的本土他教育,達成「臺灣命運共同體」的精神形塑。 縱觀臺灣視覺藝術教育的發展,一直是在東、西方藝術教育思潮的盪中,聞風起舞,鮮 有主體性的發展與理念的確立(林曼麗,1995)。臺灣的美術教育工作者,應該擺脫自身是移 民社會後代與被殖民國家的歷史陰影,透過文化自決權的申張,展現臺灣是一個新獨立海洋 國家的藝術風采。 筆者認為:「回歸鄉土、展現本土」是建構備臺灣主體性美術教育」的必然性發展階段。 本文旨在分別闡明「鄉土美術」與「本土美術」的內涵特質及教學理;並因應八十五學年度 (1996年8月)即將展開的「國小美勞新課程」與「國小鄉土教學活動」,進行教學實踐的 分析,並針對其限制提出建議性的補救措施。 「本土化的美術教育」,是植根鄉土、結合生活、迎向未來的「現實性的美術教育」;為 了讓臺灣的美術教育具有現代化國家開創性的發展性格,「本土化」只是其初階段發展的立足 點,「多元化」是其次階段必要性的特質,「國際化」則是後階段的發展目標。 建構備臺灣主體性的美術教育」,是一項浩大的文化工程,本文限於篇幅,只著重在國小 美勞課程本土他的理念探索,至於課程組織、教材系統、教學策略等相關課題,還有待日後 與美術教育同仁繼續協力研究。 |
英文摘要 | Before the arrival of the twenty-firet century, there is much to be done to build a new , independent nation. Aside from the Imminent first democratlc presldental election and possible re admittance into the United Nations (thereby acknowledging Taiwan as an antonomous political entity), a set of independent cultural policles entity), a set of independent cultural policles needs to be formed. Through democratic means. We hope that the development of cultural art education will result in achieving the Ideal, distinct Taiwan. Taiwanese cwitural art education has developed so slowly dus to confiicting trends between eastern and western education. Concrete establishmenis of methods and bellefs have rarely been Identified. Taiwanese art educators should step out of the shadow of its origin. The fact that the people are descendants of Chinese immigrants should not restrain them from forming their own culture. We should put the history of Taiwan as a colonlal country bdhing tehem. We need to create our own culture through self. determination. A new nation should present itself with an independent form of art. I believe the essential step fro consturcting this set of pollcies is to return the focus to our homeland. The purpose of this article is to clarify the basic nature of Folk Art and Cuitural Art. It is for the purpose of presenting suggestions for improving the limited cruululum found in the present education for the upcoming (August 1996) course in Arts and Crafts and in reglonal learning activities for elementary school students. Native education, as its name suggests, must set roots in its homeland, using daily life in Taiwan as its foundation. Setting these roots paves the way for "Taiwanization". This native focus is merely the early stage of development, then "Versatility" as the following essential step. "Taiwanization" is not means that other cultures are being rejected. However, a particular culture should be set first as a foundation which other cultures can build on. To educate an international acceptance is the final target of our goal. To Build an Art Education major in Taiwanese culture is an enormous project. Due to the limitation of this article. We can only focus on searching the ideas of the art and craft. Course for primary school. As for course orgnization, materils, teaching strategies and othe related subjects, still need art education confederate to continue in researching and developments tosether in the further. |
