英文摘要 | An open loop fiber-optic Mach-Zehnder (MZ) interferometric sensing system with an analogous phase-nulling signal processor for dc measurands has been established and investigated. In this system, te electronic signal processing techniques of phase modulation, demodulation, and tracking are used to produce the desired low-noise output signal. In contrast to the traditional cosinusoidal output, this fiber sensor can provide linear output of the sensing parameters over a ide induced phase-shift range by using a developed analogous phase-nulling processor in the output part of the system. The output voltage to input phase constant of this phase tracker is found to be 1.44 v/rad. Sensings for both dc electric voltage and temperature have been carried out using the present system, and good linearity with low-noise has been observed from the measured results. |
