中文摘要 | 本文為對晶狀聚合體受到單軸張應力時,應用內涵理論模式探討材料之三階段硬 化行為過程。 在前二階段中,模式使用之材料係數以基本應力 - 應變方程解得,對第三階 段 (再硬化階段 ) 時之材料係數則以應力微分方程方式求取。 同時,本文以三種不同之聚 合體應用所發展之模式模擬受張應力情況下之硬化行為,並與實驗結果作比對,其結果顯示 兩者間之相合性良好。 |
英文摘要 | This study examines uniaxial three-staged hardening tensile stress behavior of crystalline polymer by applying the model of endochronic theory. The basic material coefficients of the model are solved according to the analytical stress equation for the former two stages. Thereafter, the material coefficients of the rehardening stage are solved according to the differential stress equation. In addition, the stress-strain behaviors for three kinds of polymers are simulated and compared with experimental data. According to that comparison, the simulation results and experimental data correlate well with each other. |
