中文摘要 | 臺灣電力公司曾贊助過許多減少溫排水對電廠附近水域環境負面衝擊的研究計畫 ,且已獲得良好的成果。然而相對地,較少有關溫排水對漁業正面影響的研究被執行過。反觀 鄰近我國的日本,已成功地將電廠溫排水運用在海產種苗養殖及栽培漁業,並獲得漁民廣大 迴響。因此,本研究的目標在於依據臺灣地理、生態及社會經濟的需求,就地點及魚種評選 來評估利用溫排水於海產種苗養殖的可行性,並進一步規劃後續之研究及評估其預期效益。 經研究結果,建議於深澳廠及核三廠設置小規模養殖設施,分別從事蝦類 (草蝦或斑節蝦 ) 及鯛類 (黃錫鯛、銀紋笛鯛 ) 種苗之中間育成,作為日後運用電廠溫排水大量生產海產種 苗供養殖及人工放流之先驅研究。若該構想得以獲得執行及成功,預期將有環保、社會及經 濟等多方面意義,尤其是可具體證明溫排水可作為養殖用之潔淨水源,不但更能化解漁民及 環保團體之疑慮,且對漁業界有實質助益。 |
英文摘要 | The Taiwan Power Company has sponsored many studies on alleriatmg negative impacts of power plant thermal effluent on marine environment mast of the resnlts are encouraging. Nevertheless, there wee few studies on the positive impacts of power plant thermal effluent on fishery. In Japan, power plant thermal effluen has been used for breeding mariculture seeds and farming fisheries. and has receired great response from fishermen In view of this, this study aimsat evaluating the feasibility of using power plant thermal effluent for the cultivation of mariculture seeds by places and fish species. based on the demand of Taiwan's geography, ecosystem and social economics The result suggests setting small scale of breeding facilities in Shen-Auo power plant and the third nuclear power plant sor mid-term breeding of shrimp fry (Penaeus monodon or Penaeus japonica) and sea bream fry (Sparus sarba or Lutjanus argentimaculatus) respectively as the pilot study of using power plant thermal effluent for fnture mass production of mariculture seeds for aquaculture and artificial liberation. If this study can be done successfully, wtlijatiw of thermal effluent as the pure and clean aquaculture water willthen be demonstrated. It is hqed the reuets uill be telpful to resolve disputes from fishermen and environmenal conservation organizations as well as to bring concrete benefit to fishery industries. |
