中文摘要 | 為導出生物電阻測定儀測量健康國人體組成之公式,本實驗利用雙能X光吸收儀對生物電阻測定儀(BIA)做校正。一百九十三名無代謝疾病之成人,包含112名女性(17至71歲)、81名男性(16至84歲),接受體重、身高測定,與生物電阻及雙能X光吸收之二項體脂肪百分比測量。男性平均身體質量指數為23.42 ± 2.94kg/m�插A女性平均身體質量指數為22.8 ± 3.22kg/m�插C生物電阻儀所測,與雙能X光吸收儀所測得之體脂肪百分比相關度,,男女分別為0.6466及0.8548。原生物電阻測定體脂肪百分比,男性平均為23.12 ± 6.01、女性平均為30.78±3.56,而雙能X光吸收儀所測得之體脂肪百分比,男性平均為20.79 ± 6.72、女性平均為33.25 ± 6.62。用BIA預估女性全身脂肪百分比時,若實際體脂肪百分比超過26.57時,則BIA內定公式計算之體脂肪百分比會低於實際值;反之,體脂肪低於26.57時,BIA就高估體脂肪百分比。男性之狀況相反,當體脂肪百分比大於14.7時,BIA會高估;體脂肪百分比小於14.7時,BIA就低估實際體脂肪比例。經用逐步迴歸方式選取出多項考慮變數中可較精確預估體脂肪百分比之變數組,得到修正之迴歸公式,女性為:體脂肪百分比=12.6308+1.3022X (BIA原測體脂肪百分比)-0.1022X(電抗)-4.4331X(身高/體重)(r=0.9154);男性為:體脂肪百分比=-30.7007 + 1.4379X(身體質量指數)+0.6472X(BIA原測體脂肪百分比)-0.1724X(電抗)+5.4979X(身高/體重)(r=0.8919)。經此公式之導出,可助於生物電阻測定儀進行健康國人體組成測定之正確性。 |
英文摘要 | To derive more appropriate equations for measurement of percent body fat()BF) by bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) on healthy Chinese adults, dual energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA) was used to validate BIA. A total of 193 healthy subjects, including 112 female (17-71 year-old) and 81 male (16-84 year old) were included. Weight, height, BF estimated by BIA (BIA-FAT) and DEXA (DEXA-FAT) were measured. Average of body mass index (BMI) for themale group was 23.42 ±2.94 kg/m�徨nd 22.8 ± 3.22 kg/W for the female group. BIA-FAT and DEXA-FAT showed high correlation (for male r= 0.6466, forfemale r= 0.8548). Mean BIA-FAT were 23.12 ± 6.01 for male, and 30.78 ± 3.56for female; while mean DEXA-FAT were 20.79 ± 6.72, 33.25 ± 6.62 for maleand female respectively. |
