中文摘要 | 選取適合於設計要求之位移曲線,乃為凸輪設計之重要主題。以往適用曲線 (universal curve) 之應用,多為給定其固定之參數值,用以取代各種基本凸輪位移 曲線。本文將引用最佳化方法,利用設計要求之目標函數及拘束條件,以求得其參數值。如此,將使得通用曲線之應用更具彈性,適應於各種運動特性之凸輪曲線,並得以簡化凸輪設計之計算程序。 |
英文摘要 | To make choice of the displacement motion is the important subject in design a cam follower mechanism. Universal curve, widely used in industrial applications, is proposed to replace various basic curves by selecting its corresponding parameters. This paper uses the optimization method to determine the parameters of the universal curve under the design requirements. The effectiveness of this approach is demonstrated by comparing the solution with the given approach. The results show the flexibility of the universal curve and the simplification of the calculation procedure. |
