中文摘要 | 玉米臺農 351 號四葉期盆栽幼苗遭受人工浸水處理,其種子根受到傷害,但卻促 進不定根的生長。分析幼苗種子根和不定根內五種元素含量及累積量的變化發現種子根內五 種元素( N、P、K、Ca 和 Mg ),除 Ca 元素外,浸水處理均降低其含量; 但是浸水卻促 進不定根內 N 及 K 含量增加及各種元素的累積。經 10 天浸水處理後,不定根內五種元素 含量都有恢復增加現象,此意味著不定根具有恢復吸養分的能力。 |
英文摘要 | The 4-leaf stage corn seedling has two types of root, seminal root, and adventitious root. Seminal root became severe damaged and growth decreased under waterlogging. However, waterlogging could promote the formation of adventitious root. The aim of this experiment was to compare the changes in nutrient elements conentration of these two types of root under waterlogging. Regults indicated that the concentration of N,P,K, and Mg in seminal root were reduced by waterlogging, whereas the nutrient uptake by adventitious root recovered gradually after ten days of waterlogging. |
