中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在探討錐果櫟之組織構造的解剖特性,以供後續之 加工利用或木材鑑別之重要參考。主要結果如下: 1.生長輪寬度的變化範圍在0.31~5.64mm之間,其變化型態呈W字形, 髓心為一高峰點,每隔30~35年左右出現循環週期。 2.比重的變化十分穩定,平均值在0.72左右。 3.纖維長度的變化,有髓心皮最短,同樹皮方向有二次曲線上升的趨勢, 於成熟年齡(20~25)時趨於平緩。整體的纖維長度平均值為1.48mm 4.纖維細胞直徑的平均值為16.02um,不同高度有第二段最小而與其他 高度間呈顯著差異存在。 5.纖維細胞壁厚度的平均值為4.51um,只在髓心處附近具稍小值,但 不具顯著差異。 6.薄壁細胞直徑的平均值為17.35~19.91um,不同高度間其有差異存 在,即下半段大於上半段。 7.導管直徑的平均值為39.75~187.18um,於髓心較小,往樹皮方向其有逐 漸增大的趨勢,不同高度部位問的大小順序:二)三》四》一,使相鄰順序 的兩者之間不具顯著差異存在。 8.導管分佈數:2~8個/mm�插A以髓心處較多,同樹皮方向呈曲線減少到一 定值。有上半段明顯大於下半段的情形。 9.導管直徑平均以弦向略小於徑向,均為髓心處最小,而往樹皮方向逐 漸增大,而兩者的差距亦隨之增加,增加率約為0.1。 10.組織佔有比率:薄壁細胞在13.97~16.54之間,導管在5.52~8.47之間. 木質線在13.44~15.67之間,纖維在61.88~65.25之間。 其中,薄壁細胞與木質線在近髓心處具有較高的佔有比率,而此時期纖維相對其 較低的佔有比率,導管則與年齡無關。另外,就不同高度部位而言,不同高度間 均具有顯著差異存在。方位的不同並無顯著差異存在。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study is to investigate the anatomical characteristicsof tissue structure of Cyclobalanopsis longmux, the results provide a reference forwood processing and identification. The main results are summarized as follows:1. The variational range of growth ring is between 0.31-5.64mm. The variational curve is "W" shaped. One peak shows at pith, then about every 30-35 years appears a cycle.2. The variation of specific gravity is very smooth, and the average is 0.72.3. The variation of fiber length, shows the shortest at pith, then towards the bark with secondary curve accretion. The increasing rate at matural age (20-25) becomes small. The mean value is 1.48 mm.4. The mean diameter of fiber cell is 16.02 urn. In the axial direction, the second section shows the smallest value and displays significant difference while com paring with those at other heights.5. The average thickness of fiber cell is 4.51 um, at near pith with smaller value, but there are no significant differences at different heights.6. The average diameter of parenchyma is 17.35-19.91 um. Different heights exist significant differences. The lower part is bigger than upper part.7. The average diameter of vessel is 39.75- 187.14 um, at near pith with smaller value, then towards the bark with accretional tendency. The order at different hights is :#2>#3>#4>#l, and between two adjacent heighs there is no significant difference.8. The number of vessel distribution is 2- 8/mm��. At near the pith shows heigher value, and towards the bark with decretional curve tendency to a stable value. In the longitudial direction, the upper part has bigger values than lower part.9. The average diameter of tangential vessel was litter smaller than radial's, both at near pith with the smallest value, then towards the bark with accretional tendency, the difference between them also increase, accretion rate about O.1. 10. The occupation ratio of tissue: Parenchyma ranges 13.97-16.54, vessels amount to 5.52-8.47, rays account for 13.44-15.67, while fibers 61.88-65.25. In this, parenchyma and ray at near the pith have higher occupation ratio, meanwhile in the same period fiber reveals lower percentage, and vessels haveno relationship with ages. Between different heights exist significant differencein occupational percentage of constituent elements. Between different directions, there are not exist any notable difference. |
