中文摘要 | 國內鋼骨建築樑柱接頭的接合大都是上下翼板採用焊接,腹板採用高拉力螺栓為 主。 此種螺栓由於俗稱「斷尾螺栓」的關係,導致絕大部份施工者都誤以為在施工時「只要尾巴 斷了」就表示已達到所要求的品質。 事實上,經過筆者以實際個案於現場依傳統的一次栓固做法,以及 JASS 6 規定的兩次栓固 做法分別施工並加以統計整理後予以比對。發現以一次栓固的傳統習慣性做法,對於: ヾ栓得過緊的螺栓。ゝ不合格螺栓全部集中在一個接頭。 兩種情形無法檢查出來。但若採用兩次栓固的方法時,不但全數高拉力螺栓都可以方便的以 目視檢查,且對上述兩種情形均能夠掌握。 這也印證了日本 JASS 6 及一些相關論文對旋轉型高拉力螺栓要求採用兩次栓固的原因。國 內現有技術規則施工篇,對於施工部份的檢驗規定較少,尤其類似此種有關鋼構安全品質的 施工方法之規定更是付諸闕如。但願本文的提出能對將來鋼骨工程施工品質的提高有所助益 。 本文承蒙陳生金博士撥冗指導,謹在此致十二萬分之謝忱。 |
英文摘要 | Torque control bolt (T.C bolt) is one of the high strength bolts regularly used in steel building structures especially applied to the beam-to-column connection. In Taiwan. high strength bolts are applied at web while weldings at top and bottom flanges. T.C bolt has another name "twist-off bolt", it twists untill the end (tail) of the bolt is broken off. Most of the construction worker might thought that the quality has satisfied the requirement, and the desired axial tension had been reached, when the end of the bolt was broken off. But, in fact the quality of fastened bolt is not so easily confirmed by conventional way. After a series of inspection and statistic analysis, we got tremendous results. We compared the conventional method (to fasten a bolt by one step) to JASS 6 method (to fasten a bolt by two steps). The quality of 10 % the numbers of bolts for each joint (at least one bolt) was checked. Results revealed that: ヾ bolts are fastened too tight (above the max tension) and can not be found by the conventional method. ゝ all of the unsatisfied bolts are found in one joint. the two conditions above can be visibly inspected and adjusted by JASS 6 methos. Results also implied that requirements from JASS 6 and relevant paper, to fasten a high strength bolt by two steps, are qpproved. The construction codes for R.O.C. do not specify so much about the audition of qualities of construction. Specifications about the quality of constructing a steel structure are fewer. We hope that it can be helpful to raise the quality of construction of steel structure as we propose in this paper. Dr.CHen made suggestion for this paper, we are pleased to express our gratitude. |
