英文摘要 | A distributed object-oriented system (OOS) is a system that provides communication among objects of different modes: objects can invoke methods of other objects on other modes remote invocation, and objects may migrate to other nodes according to some policies. In this paper, a higher-level interface remote message sending is devised to facilitate the programming for interactions of objects of objects in a distributed OOS and is applied to a prototype system DOOSPE. Besides, DOOSPE also supports the programming for parallel compution. The remote message sending interfact involves two important techniques: First, a dynamic binding mechanism for serving objects and serving functions is presented. This mechanism is often useful because, frequently, objects can not determine their types until rum time in a adistributed OOS. Second, the technique in moving objects is presented. Moving objects raises class compatibility problem. Some issues and policies for moving objects are discussed and two mechanisms and a simple representation protocol are presented to solve the class compatibility problem. |
