中文摘要 | 本文以數值分析及試驗方法,探討模版支撐系統中鋼管鷹架承受偏心載重作用時,所能提供之承載能力及破壞方式。所有試驗項目採用的試驗都是雙組三層鋼管鷹架,由於鋼管鷹架系統皆為較細長之構架,因此其破壞屬於彈性挫屈模式。本文之數值分析,分別執行線性特徵值及幾何非線性挫屈分析,並與試驗結果進行比對驗證。研究結果顯示鋼管鷹架之極限載重,取決於單根鋼管之極限承載力,載重偏心將使鋼管鷹架中四根鋼管承受不同之軸力,而承受較大軸力之鋼管,將先達到挫屈載重而導致鋼管架破壞,所以載重偏心量將使鋼管鷹架之整體承載力減少。鋼管之極限承載力除了與層數有關外,底座所提供之抗轉動束制有相當大之影響。本文數值分析之結果與試驗結果相當一致,所建立之數值分析模式,可供後續有關鋼管鷹架力學行為研究之用。 |
英文摘要 | The mechanical behavior of steel scaffolds subjected to eccentric loads is examined numerically and experimentally. All the specimens used in the studies are 1-bay 3-story door-typed scaffolds. Because of slenderness of its members, the failure of a scaffold is due to elastic buckling. The commercial code, NASTRAN, is used to perform the eigenvalue and geometrically nonlinear buckling analyses. Numerical studies are compared with the experimental results. It is shown that the value of the collapse load of a scaffold is determined by the bearing capacity of a single tube. An eccentric load results in different axial loads on the four tubes of the scaffold system. Buckling occurs first at the tube close to the loading point because of its larger axial load relative to others. Thus, the larger the eccentricity of a load, the smaller the load-bearing capacity of the scaffold. In addition, the jack-base installed on the bottom of a scaffold system can provide significant rotational stiffness to increase the load-bearing capacity. The numerical and experimental results agree well. |
