中文摘要 | 本研究合成三種不同分子量之二胺型全剛性( Wholly-rigid )芳香族聚醯胺 ( Aramid ); 聚(間一次苯間苯醯胺) Poly (m-phenylene isophthalamide) (PmIA) (Nomex), 用以改質傳統醚型 PU 聚合體。 於實驗中利用分子量( 2000 )之聚醚雙醇( PTMG )與 4,4'- 二苯甲基二異氰酸鹽( MDI ),先聚合成 PU 預聚合體, 再與分子量( 346,584,823 )二胺型 PmIA 製備耐熱型 PmIAU-PU 共聚合體,利用濕式紡絲法抽製成改 質型彈性纖維。一般來說,各國生產之聚氨基甲酸酯彈性纖維,係多根單絲纖維粘合而成, 此因初紡出纖維( As Spun )具有極大之粘著性之故, 也因此紡出之織維容易互粘著在一 起;為解決此一問題,本實驗設計紡絲流程,來改善絲間互相粘著的缺點。由實驗結果顯示 ,使用多道凝固浴系統,不但具有良好的物性,亦可得到較光滑之表面。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, the conventional polyurethane (PU) was modified by the three low molecular weight diamine-terminated wholly-rigid aromatic polyamide poly (m-phenylene isophthala-mide) (PmIA) (Nomex). A molecular weight (Mw=2000) of poly (tetramethylene glycol) (PTMG) with 4, 4'- diphenylene methane diisocyanate (MDI) and with the low molecular weight (Mw=346, 584,823) of diamine-terminated PmIA were synthesized to form thermability PmIA-PU copolymer and then the thermability PmIA-PU copolymer be spun by wet-spinning for manufacturing thermability spandex fiber. In general, the multifilaments of polyurethane elastic fibers usally glued together due to their self-adhesion during as spun. In order to avoid that the wet spinning process was spinning process was carefully spun with varying spinning conditions in the temperature of coagulating bath. As a matter of, experimental results indicated the using a multi-step coagulating water-wash which the physical properties were improved and less corrgation on fiber surface. |
