中文摘要 | 水性PU發泡塗料塗佈工程常應用於地毯、紡織物、皮革製品等塗層加工市場,本 文為「水性 PU 發泡塗料塗佈技術之開發」的樹脂配方研究,文中我們分二部分探討: ( i )水性 PU 發泡塗料的加工粘度及操作壽命 Pot-life 研究 ( ii )水性 PU 發泡塗料之反應特性研究 研究範例中以日本 DIC 公司 DIFOAM-505 ( EL )塗料為依據,研究顯示日本 DIC 公司之 配合( DIFOAM 100,CR-5L 3, PA 1.3 ), 其加工粘度及反應性均佳, 但其操作壽命為 4hr,故加工時需非常小心。 |
英文摘要 | The foam coating process of water-borne PU can applied to carpet, textile and leather industries. The study of the resin formulation of the foam coating process water-borne PU will be discussed in this paper. In this paper, We distinguished two problems to study: (1) The study of the processing viscosity and pot-life of the water-borne PU foaming coatings. (2) The study of the reactivity of the water-borne PU foaming coatings. In our case study, We take the DIFOAM-505 (EL) formulations of DIC company of Japan for exanples. We found the processing viscosity and reativity of the resin formulation of DIC company of Japan had good processing property. But, We must be careful to process because the pot-life of the resin formulation is 4 hrs. |
