英文摘要 | This paper discussed the influence of spinning condition (twist multiplier αe: 5.5, 6.5, 7.5; spinning speed 6000 rpm, 7000 rpm, 8000 rpm, 9000 rpm and polyester core material 70.9's/24f, 70.9's/36f, 70.9's/72f, 70.9's/144f) for manufacturing stainless steel staple fiber/polyester filament core yarn. We examined the physical properties of polyester filament/stainless steel fiber core yarn including tenacity, elongation and twist loss percentage. The results show that oiling device contributed to the stability of the core yarn which located between front roller and guider. In addition, the tenacity, elongation and twist loss percentage of the core yarn decreases with increasing the twist multiplier. |
