英文摘要 | 本文報導一項中學數理教師暑期進修學程的發展,此項工作係以行動研究方式進 行規劃、試用、評估、和修訂。其主要目的在於促使進修教師對於何為良好的中學數理教學 具有較佳的學理上的瞭解和實務上的經驗。此一進修學程前後持續四年,在此期間特別設法 促使進修教師有充分的時間和機會,得將暑假上課所學的理念和方法,在平時的教學中實際 加以運用、檢討、和改進。本學程的發展雖然深受建構主義等當代科教思潮對於科學的本質 、數理教學的本質、以及數理師資培育的觀點之影響,但許多有關的理念和作法係奠基在作 者及共同研究人員近年來一系列相關研究所累積的經驗和獲得的成果之上。文中摘述這些研 究的重要成果,以便對發展此一在職進修學程的旨趣和理念提出說明。在綜述發展此學程的 基本理念之後,對其主要特色有所描述。根據試用期間的評估,在文中亦論及其實際施行的 可行性。最後略述此一學程在數理師資培育方面可能產生的影響及啟示。 re of science, the nature of science teaching and learning, and on science and mathematics teacher education had great impact on the development of this program, it was also strongly influenced by the experiences and findings that the author obtained from carrying out a series of related research studies in recent years with the collaboration of colleagues and graduate assistants. A review of these research studies is given, providing personal accounts of the interests and thoughts that led to the development of the professional development program. Following a summary of the rationales for the program's development, some of its key features are described. Based on informal assessment of the results obtained in its implementation, the practicability of the program is discussed. Potential impacts and implications of the program, especially for subsequent studies on science and mathematics teacher education, are also discussed. |
