中文摘要 | 野生動物生殖生理研究模式之建立,有助於瞭解其生殖特性及解決繁殖過剩與不 易繁殖者之生殖問題, 促進動物族�擗坏藥禰穻s。 本研究以過剩繁殖之東非狒狒( Papio anubis )為實驗動物, 分別以第二性徵會陰部性皮外觀變化、陰道抹片上皮角化細胞之週 期性變化、腹腔鏡子宮卵巢檢視以及血液與糞便中性內泌素分析,評估狒狒正常生殖生理週 期。 經半年的觀察結果, 12 隻母狒狒在 26 個正常月經週期裡, 月經週期平均 37.8 ± 3.2 天。性皮腫脹消褪、陰道抹片及腹腔鏡檢視子宮卵巢之週期性變化明顯。血液及糞便中 之性內泌素以酵素免疫分析法檢測, 血清中雌二醇( E �砥^濃度在濾泡期約 130-250 pg/ml,發情排卵時達最高�� 459.8 ± 52.8 pg/ml,黃體期 E �紊@度迅速下降至基礎值。 血清中孕酮( P �瓷^濃度於濾泡期約 0.5-1.6 ng/ml, 黃體期 P �盒阜饕F 5.9 ± 1.4 ng/ml,黃體後期 P �窒@度逐漸下降。糞便中性內泌素 E �粉P P �窒@度之週期性變化趨勢 與血清中略同,其二者之相關係數,E �祝� r=0.92,P �痊� r=0.82 。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to establish the research model of normal reproductive physiology, and to solve the reproductive problems including over population and difficult reproduction in wildlife. Twelve female baboons (Papio anubis) were used in this study and the cyclical changes of sex skin, vaginal epithelium, ovary and sexual hormone in serum and feces were examined. After a half year, the data indicated that the average length of 26 normal menstrual cycles in 12 female baboons was 37.8 ± 3.2 days, the swelling of the perineal area, vaginal appearance, vaginal smear, and laparoscopic observation of ovarian follicular development had apparent cyclic changes. Plasma and fecal levels of estradiol (E �� ) and progesterone (P �� ) were measured by the enzyme immunoassay (EIA). During the follicular phase, the serum levels of E �� were kept around approximately 130-250 pg/ml, and P �� levels were 0.5-1.6 ng/ml. At midcycle, ovulatory phase, there was a substantial rise to 459.8 pg/ml in E �� level, then sharply decreased to the baseline level. After E �� peak, serum levels of P �� rose gradually to 5.9 ng/ml at luteal phase, and then the levels fell gradually. The profile of fecal hormone levels in the menstrual cycle were similar to the plasma levels, their correlation coefficient were 0.92 and 0.82 in E �� and P ��. |
