英文摘要 | A new EMG biofeedback controlled therapeutic traction machine was under development for rehabilitation. This paper describes the research work which includes the development of a high signal-to-noise ratio EMG scanner, on-line self-adjusted traction eright controller, audio/ vudeo alarm system, real time therapeutic status display, computer interface hardware and closed loop biofeedbacj control software. To establish traction weight control database, the correlation between paraspinal muscle EMG signal and body skin fold was studied. Through EMG biofeedback and traction weight control, the muscle injuries and pains after traction due to incorrec traction angle or patient muscle epilepsy can be avoiede. The proposed traction modality not only provided the dafety and quantitative assessment of traction treatments, but demonstrated the feasibility of applying advanced rechnologies in medical device development. |
