中文摘要 | 本研究係以電腦模擬方法,建立一套數學模式,使動態互動的各種不同使用得以求出山坡地開發需求間最佳分派,同時決定合理之分期區位研究。 內容主要分成兩部份: 一、供給面:探討山坡地自然環境及社會經濟方面影響因素,運用地理資訊系統、複迴歸分析及多目標決策分析等方法,判斷坡地區位劣順序。 二、需求面:依住宅社區、大學校園、遊憩園區等不同使用特性,皆別收集相關層性資料,推測各種用地面積及組合化。 棖據以上之供需平衡原則,各出各年期最佳分派模式及區位。 |
英文摘要 | This study, by using computer simulation techniques, aims at the establishment of a set of mathematic models to gain an optimum pattern for the mutual dynamical hillside land uses and meanwhile to reasonable sections and locations. The contents of this study mainly consists of the following two parts: 1. Land supply: To inquires into the natural environmental and social-economical effect factors by means of geographical information systems, multi-regressional analysis and multi-objective decision analysis and multi-objective decision analysis and etc., so as to determine the merits, demerits and sequences of the location. 2. Local demand: According to various use characteristics of residential communities, university or college campus to forecast area, I collect interrelation materials data to forecast their various demanding areas and ratios. This study according to the principal of supply and demand balance, thereby establishes the optimum assignment model and the best locations for various areas in different periods of time. |
