中文摘要 | 測試三種抗生素及三種市售農藥對義大利蜂美洲幼蟲病菌 Bacillus larvae 之抑 制功率,其中四環黴素( oxytetracycline )、林可黴素( lincomycin )及鏈四環黴素 ( plantomy-cin )效果較佳,在 10�� �藩@度仍有抑制效果。 而盤尼西林( penicillin )、5% 維利黴素( validamycin )及 10% 粒保黴素( polyoxin B )效果較差。 B. larvae 在經三次移種後,對四環黴素產生抗性,劑量提升 1000 倍才有抑菌效果。對林可 黴素則無抗性發生,田間防治初探,利用稀釋 5000 倍鏈四環黴素噴灑蜂箱,可有效控制蜜 蜂美洲幼蟲病病勢發展。但施藥時如病勢嚴重,則無防治效果,因此鏈四環黴素僅可運用於 美洲幼蟲病的預防,而無法用於治療。 |
英文摘要 | Three antibiotics and three market bactericides were examined for inhibiting the growth of Bacillus larvae, These included oxytetracycline、 lincomycin、 penicillin、 10% plantomycin、 5% validamycin and 10% polyoxin B. Oxytetracycline、 lincomycin and 10% plantomycin used with the concentration of 10 ���� inhibited the growth of B. larvae in vitro. 5% validamycin、 10% polyoxinB and penicillin at concentration below 10 �笐� were slightly effective. B.larvae may produce resistance if oxytetracycline was continuously used. Furthermore, concentration of oxytetracycline increased to thousand times was needed to inhibit the growth of resistant strains. In field trials, 10% plantomycin was diluted to 1000-fold or 5000-fold with water and spayed at 10 days intervals would significantly reduce the honeybee american Foulbrood diseases on honeybee colonies. this bactericide was ineffective when disease was serious. Using 10% plantomycin was recommended as preventive method rather than a remedial way for American Foulbrood disease. |
