中文摘要 | 芒果是本省初夏盛產的水果,其種植面積僅次於柑桔類的果樹,且品種 繁多,其中以金煌芒果,因果實碩大、氣味芬芳,是目前最具推廣潛力的品種, 由於果實大,在採收及運送過程極易碰傷,而影響水果的品質及其市場價格。本 研究係應用影像處理技術,進行金煌芒果果實表面損傷檢驗及選別,以提升其市 場之品質。 由試驗顯示使用領域,邊緣併用法檢測金煌芒果,在果實表面上損傷(包括傷痕、 蟲害、破皮),有明確輪廓時,檢驗損傷十分有效,所抽取量測面積和實際損傷 面積間有高相關值,其相關係數(R)為0.94。使用判別跨值法對金煌芒果表面之腐 爛、蟲害、傷痕、壓傷等損傷影像之抽取有效,所抽取出損傷面積與實際面積之 相關係數約為0.9。 |
英文摘要 | Mango is the fruit, grown in its fullness in early summer in Taiwan. Thegrowing area is listed only next to the citrus plants. Among the numerousvarieties, the King-Hwang is the most potential product because of its largestsize and aroma. The large size of this variety has made it easy to damage during the process of harvest and delivery. Therefore, the quality and the market price are greatly influenced. This study is conducted to evaluate thefeasibility of applying the machine vision to inspect and select the surfacedamaged mango fruits in order to enhance the market quality. The results ofthis experiment has showed that the mango fruit could be effectivelyinspected with super slice algorithm, the superficial damages including scar,worm feeding hole, and bruised peels under the condition while the damageshave very clear outlines. The correlation between extracted inspecting areaand the actually- damaged area is very high (R=0.94). The application of discriminant analysis is very effective to extracted damages such as super ficial rot, worm feeding role, scar, pressed damage of mango fruits. The coef ficient of the extracted damage area and the actual area is about 0.9. |
