中文摘要 | 本試驗選擇性狀差異較大約五個矮性菜豆品種(1.北港在來2.PI-169579 3. 白長鶉4.ICA-21148 5.A-463)進行完全組合雜交,利用全互交法分析,以探討株 高、分枝數、單株莢數、一莢粒數、百粒重、單株產量等產量構成因素之數量 性狀之遺傳機制,結果如下: 1. 株高、一莢粒數、百粒重為加性作用大於顯性作用。分枝數為顯性作用大於 加性作用。母系作用(maternaleffect)則存於各性狀中。 2. 由迴歸分析發現,一莢粒數受非等位基因間之交感作用所左右。在單株莢 數、百粒重,單株產量方面發現有部份顯性,因子間之交感作用不顯著存在, 而分枝數有超顯性現象。 3. 除單株莢數外,其餘五個性狀均呈五親本間正與負效應顯性基因不對稱分 佈。株高具有較多的顯性對立因子,單株莢數、一莢粒數、百粒重其有較多 的隱性對立因子。 4. 株高高者為顯性基因所控制,其餘性狀均為非單向之顯性作用(non- isodirectional)。 5. 遺傳率值以株高、單株莢數、一莢粒數、百粒重較高外,其他性狀較低。 |
英文摘要 | Five bush bean varieties with larger diversity were used as parents in thisdiallel test to investigate the genetic mechanism of yield Components , thesequantitive traits include plant height.branch number.pods per plant, seeds perpod, 100-seeds weight, yield per plant.The results are: 1. Additive effect was higher than dominance in plant hight, seeds per pod, and100- seeds weight.While in branch number.the dominance was higher the ad- ditive effect. 2. The result of regression analysis showed that the seeds per pod was affected by non-allelic interation, and pods per plant.lOO-seeds weight.yield per plant were affected by partial dominance while gene interaction did not exist, and branch number was affected by over-dominance. 3. Except pods per plant.in the other traits the positive and negative dominant were asymmetrical distribution among all five parents. More dominant alleles were detected for plant height, and more recessive alleles were detected for pods per plant, seeds per pod and 100-seeds weight. 4. 1n plant height, tallness was controlled by dominant genes the other traits were all non-isodirectional dominant. 5. The heritability of plant height, pods per plant.seeds per pod and 100-seeds weight were high, the others were low. |
