中文摘要 | 本篇研究旨在於比較中、日青年大學生之有氧機能之運動作業能力,以固定型腳 踏車運動測驗兩國健康的男、女青年大學生 42 名(年齡平均在 18 ∼ 21 歲之間)的最大 攝氧量( 1/min ), 換氣量( 1/min )及心跳數(拍 / min )並換算其無氧閾值( 1/min ),有氧閾值( 1/min )與無氧閾值,最大攝氧量的百分比。 藉以探討中、日青年 大學生的有氧適能。所得結果如下: 1.臺灣女子非運動群( 1.69 ± 1.5 1/min )優於日本女子非運動群( 1.38 ± 2.4 1/min )的最大攝氧量( P<0.05 )。 2.在佯氧閾值( AnT Anaerobics threshold ),臺灣女子運動群( 2.04 1/min )優於 日本女子運動群( 1.48 1/min )( P<0.05 )有顯著性的差異。 |
英文摘要 | According to the "breath to breath" rule one can evaluate the physical fitness under anaerobics threshold (AT). One can also evaluate the strength of physical situation is good or bad from max oxygen Ventilation & max oxygen uptake index under sub-maximum exercises. Especially, the College students under different habit, culture, custom and environment their aerobics fitness will certainly be fifferent. From 21 Taiwanese College students (aged 18-21) & 21 Japanese College students (aged 19-21) whom were differentiated into physical education and non-physical education totaled 8 groups. we got the result as below: 1. Max oxygen uptake: non-physical education fomale group (1.69 ± 1.5 1/min) better than Japanese (1.38 ±.24 1/min) (p<.0.05) 2. Anaerobics threshold (AT): Taiwanese physical education female group (2.04 1/min) better than Japanese (1.48 1/min) (p<0.05) |
