英文摘要 | A competent personnel, which means to achieve goals with fewer manpower and lower cost, is the main goal that most businesses are now persuning. This study, while briefly discussing various prevalent Manpower Planning Assignments, and is going to present a marginal contribution oriented method to solve the problem of M>N manpower assignment, the one in this study has an important advantage: to reach the best arrangement with the shortest time and fewer computation processes. It can be used conveniently in the field of business as well as in the classroom. |
