中文摘要 | 質子激發硼(�媲 ) 核反應在Ep ∼ MeV 能區其核反應出現三個全同粒子 (α-粒 子 ),該核反應道主要是經�� Be 第一激發態之級聯衰變,我們使用新型 PIPS 矽探測器和 �� E 穿透型探測器所組合而成�� E-E 荷電粒子譜儀,又採用高純度硼 (�� B) 之元素製靶 ,免除靶雜質對核反應能譜所產生的干擾,所設計之荷電粒子譜儀經測試具有系統能量分辨 率 13.9 keV,成功地測得�� B(P,2 α ) �� He 級聯衰變連續能譜,為準確獲得 p- �� B 截面測量提供了實驗依據。 |
英文摘要 | The P-�媲 reaction induced by MeV protons is known to have three identical α particles in the final reaction channels. The complexity in the measurement of the reaction was evidenced by the continuous energy distribution. There appear also interference due to the elastic scattering of protons and arising from impurity of the targe as well. We propose a new experimental method with the use of PIPS and �� E detector system to measure scucessfully the spectra of �� B (P,2 α ) �� He squential decay via the first excited state of �� Be. Thin target of highly enriched �� B was prepared by electron gum bombardment. Good energy resolution (13.9 KeV ) of the detection system was achieved. |
