中文摘要 | 本研究主要探討,以不同成份比例之脂肪酸(包含十二碳。十 四碳,十六碳,十八碳)與石蠟混合組成之蠟燭,其燃燒速率變化情形。 進而對市售此類蠟燭作比較.以尋求較佳耐燒度且火焰穩定之蠟燭,結 果以九份之石蠟混合一份十六碳酸所組成之蠟燭較優,其燃燒速率為 0.083g/min。火焰高度3.3±0.2cm。 另外又以九份之石蠟混合一份十二碳飽和酸所組成之蠟燭火焰最高,為5.9± 0.5cm。 |
英文摘要 | This research is to study the situations of the combustion rate by different compositions andproportional fatty acid including lauric acid, myristic acid, palmiic acid and stearic acid with paraffin wax mixed candles, furthermore, to compare the situations with the market candle likecommodities for its better durable combustion and stable flame. The best result comes with 9 ofthe paraffin wax mixed 1 of the palmitic acid. The combustion rate is at 0.083 g/min and theflame height is at 3.3± 0.2 cm. Besides, the candle comes with 9 of the paraaffin wax mixed 1 of the lauric acid that hasthe highest flame is at 5.9±0.5 cm. |
