中文摘要 | 研究報告證實自我血糖監測(self-monitoring of blood glucose; SMBG)可使糖尿病患者控制更接近生理範圍及防止併發症發生,已成為糖尿病治療評估及控制指標之一,顯示其重要性與實際需要,而自我血糖監測儀使用前其精確度與可信度之評估,可提供臨床醫師與患者採用前之參考。本篇主要研究目的為評估臨床三種自我血糖監測儀:Accutrend (AT),One-Touch (OT),ExacTech (ET)之精確度與可信度,結果如下:(1)三種自我血糖監測儀測定值與實驗室血漿血糖值間相關係數(r值)分別為:0.98、0.99 0.98。(2)三種自我血糖監測儀測定值與實驗室血漿血糖值在<100,100~200,>200 mg/dl相關係別為:AT=0.62,0.94,0.98;OT=0.82,0.93,0.99;ET=0.83,0.71,0.96。(3)三種自我血糖監測儀之準確度(測定值在實驗值±20%以內)分別為:AT:60%,OT:90%,ET:81%。(4)使用AT與OT所測微血管全血糖值與靜脈血糖平均值較實驗室所測靜脈血漿血糖平均值為低,ET所測平均值較實驗室平均值為高。(5)比較微血管血糖值與實驗室靜脈血漿血糖值之差異為:ET:22.1±30.9 mg/dl;AT:-50.4±35.2m g/dl;OT:-24.5±24.2 mgl/dl,且飯前較飯後為大。 |
英文摘要 | The technique of self-monitoring of blood glucose (SMBG) has been widely applied to achieve a more ideal glycemic control and to prevent from any occurrence of complications in patients with non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM). It is important and practically necessary to evaluate the magnitude of glycemic control in diabetic patients. After careful assessment of the meter’s accuracy and crediability, it can provide clinical doctor and patients a guide to choice one to perform SMBG. The purpose of this study was to compare the accuracy and credibility of 3 glucosemetrea: Accutred (At), One-Touch (OT), and ExacTech (ET). The results were as following: (1) The correlation of glucose values among 3 glucosemeters and laboratorty plsma values wer 0.98 (AT), 0.99 (OT), and 0.98 (ET). (2) If the glucose values were devided into 3 groups: <100 mg/dl, 100-200 mg/dl, and >200 mg/dl. The correlation among 3 glucosemeters and laboratory plasma values were: AT=0.62, 0.94, 0.98; OT=0.82, 0.93, 0.96; and ET=0.83, 0.71, 0.96, respectively. (3) The percentage of distribution of observed values from 3 glucosemeters in ±20% of laboratory measured values was AT and OT were lower than the venous plasma values; on the opposite, the values observed from ET was higher than the venous values. (5) The difference between capillary blood and venous plasma values was AT=-50.4±35.2 mg/dl, OT=-24.5±24.2 mg/dl, and ET=22.1±30.9 mg/dl, respectively. The difference was large in fasting than in postprandial. |
