中文摘要 | 本文旨在探討軸向負載對樑在彎形加工後彈回量的影響。一般實際的彎形加工通常在樑兩端施加拘束後進行防止扭曲,若以純彎曲模式來分析樑的彈回問題,所得之彈回量將會比實際值大。因此,本文以樑承受軸向負載及彎曲力偶之合成負載的方式來模擬分析樑實際彎形狀況下之彈回現象。 文中選用三種不同的碳鋼作為研究對象,藉由拉伸試驗獲得此等材料之應力應變曲線,並以最小平方法求得其材料特性常數。將此等常數配合樑截面應力分佈情況及合成負載與應力關係,推導負載與中性軸偏移參數間的關係,並運用數值迭代法解得已知負載下中性軸偏移量;再以線性彈回的假設與應變量恆為線性之特性,推導彈回後殘留應變量及曲率。依上述彈回理論建立一數值程式以預測樑彎形後的彈回量。依據數值結果可知三種不同碳鋼彎形後的彈回情形,並得知若忽略軸向負載的效應,將導致較大的預測誤差。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this paper is to investigate the influence of the axial load on the springback behavior of the carbon steel beam subjecting to bending. In the practical bending process, we usually set constraints around the beam to avoid wrinkles. If we analyze the spring back problem based on pure bending model, the analytical results of springback will be greater than the practical value. Therefore, a combined axial and bending model was used to model the behavior of the carbon steel beam in this paper, and then we derived the springback behavior by theoretical analysis. Uniaxial tension tests was performed to find the stress-strain curve of the carbon steel beam, then the material constants was obtained by least squares method associated with the springback theoretical models. And some numerical results and comparisons are given. Finally, we discussed the errors of springback prediction with the condition of ignoring the axial loading effect. |
