中文摘要 | 以厭氣發酵法處理豬糞尿水為目前農政單位所推荐,也是一般臺灣養豬農友最普遍採用方法之一。惟一般豬舍均須定期消毒,為明暸消毒藥水的使用對厭氣發酵是否構成傷害,影響處理豬糞尿之能力,而進行中試驗。 本試驗以50ml塑膠筒,注射針斷後以強力膠封住針孔,套上注射筒,以保持筒內之密閉狀能,做為厭氣發酵及產生沼氣量測筒。發酵筒內添加曬乾、粗篩後之新鮮豬糞1.5g和豬糞尿水厭氣發排出液經沈澱後之上澄液至20ml,放置於35°C之恆溫箱內進行厭氣發酵;另以百喜-30 (Biocid)-30、保毒殺(Deciquam)、汎福露液(new farm fluid)、消克能(Cyclean)及羅達精(Rodasept)等六種消毒藥,按其說明書所推荐之稀釋倍數稀釋後,再稀釋10-1、10-2、10-3、10-4及10-5倍,各取0.2ml,於厭氣發酵開始第20天,注入發酵筒內。以比較不添加消毒藥水和添加各不同濃度之消毒藥水對厭氣發酵之影響。所得結果,上述六種消毒藥又其各不同稀釋濃,對於沼氣之產生量均沒有負面之影響。 |
英文摘要 | Anaerobic fermentation is one of the most popular adopted methods for hog wastes treatment in Taiwan. Both hog and hog houses are required to be disinfected regularly. Nevertheless, the disinfectant solution mixed with cleaning water is difficult to be prevented which will flow into the waste treatment system. The purpose of this experiment is to investigate whether the disinfectant solutions affect the anaerobic fermentation. 50 ml plastic tube of injectors were used as both anaerobic digester and biogas production indicator, the needle of injector was cut off and well sealed to keep the tube digester in anaerobic condition. 1.5g of dried and screened frash hog feces mixed with the effluent from hog anaerobic digester was fed into the tube digester until 20 ml, and the environment temperature is 35°C. Six kinds of disinfectants are used in this experiment. The commercial names are Biocid-30, Pacoma-200, Deciquam, New farm fluid, Cyclean and Rodasept. The disinfectant solutions are prepared according to each proposed illustration then diluted to 10-1、10-2、10-3、10-4 and 10-5 times. Adding 0.2 ml of the prepared disinfectant solutions into the tube digester on the twentieth day of anaerobic fermentation. The results show that varied disinfectants and concentration of solutions have no negative effect for biogas preduction. |
