中文摘要 | 本研究旨在建立一套形成性或發展性評鑑系統,用以改進國小教師的教室管理技巧。本研究先根據文獻探討結果,歸納整理可用以評鑑國小教師教室管理績效的一套評鑑規準,並以台灣地區1967位國小教師為樣本,測試其信度和鑑別度。其次,再分別提出評鑑歷程和評鑑工具。最後,再以此套評鑑系統在我國小學的實施展望,做為結語。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of the study is to establish a formative or developmental evaluation system for improving classroom management skills of elementary school teachers. According to a literature review on effective classroom manage-ment practices, 5 behaviors and 28 indicators are included as evaluation criteria. After the literature review, the questionnaire data of 1967 elementary school teachers were collected to test the reliability and discriminality of evaluation cri-teria. Finally, 3 phases, 7 steps, and 5 instruments are developed at the system, which hopefully will be adopted by elementary schools in Taiwan. |
