中文摘要 | 本研究應用人際行為量表(Interpersonal Behavior Survey, I.B.S.)於1995年10月起至1996年1月止,針對臺灣、香港、中國大陸北京、上海、廣州等地企業主管共660位予以評量,以探討兩岸三地企業主管在攻擊行為、自我肯定,及人我們係三項特質之表現,並綜合分析其間之異同。初探結果發現北京企業主管的攻擊性及敵對態度顯著高於其他四個地區。男性主管在肢體、口頭攻擊、消極攻擊、忽視權利、積極自我肯定方面較女性主管高。自信心、讚美、一般性的自我肯定、坦白、求助高學歷主管均較低學歷主管表現的強。年紀經的主管相對於年齡大的主管有自信,而且獨立。製造業的主管比服務業的主管主動積極。本探討為一基礎研究,期完整之結果有助於促進「大中華經濟圈」內彼此之瞭解認識,並可提供企業組織人力資源管理各項功能之運用參考。 |
英文摘要 | based on the Interpersonal Behavior Survey, a comparative study was undertaken from November 1995 to January 1996. the subjects were 660 business managers in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and three cities on mainland China (Beijing, Shanghai, Kuanchow). The major purpose of the study was to analyze their aggressiveness, assertiveness, and interpersonal relationships. The major findings were: (1)Managers from Beijing were significantly more aggressive and hostile than those from the other four cities. (2)Regardless of geographical location, male managers were more aggressive and assertive than female manages. (3)Managers with better education were more self-confident, assertive, and at ease when giving and receiving praise. (4)Younger managers were more self-confident and independent than older ones. (5)Managers in the manufacturing sector were prone to take more initative than those in the service sector. It is expected that a pioneering study of this nature will increase mutual understanding in Greater China. It will also serve as a useful guide for those in the human resources field. |
