英文摘要 | An electrochemical magnetization treatment was developed for wastewater from zinc plating in the present study. After the treatment, the residual concentrations of both zinc and ferrous ions were lower than 0.05mg/l in the wastewater. The effects of pH, reaction temperature, applied current and zinc concentration on the required time, the dissolved weight of iron and the sedimentation velocity of sludge were investigated. Increasing the applied current leads to decrease the required time but increasing the dissolved weight of iron for treatment. The required time and the dissolved weight of iron decrease and the sedimentation velocity of sludge increases with increasing the reaction temperature. An optimal pH was obtained to minimize the required time and the dissolved weight of iron and maximize the sedimentation velocity of sludge. The sedimentation velocity of sludge with a magnetic field is larger than that without a magnetic field. |
