英文摘要 | A high pressure apparatus is set up to study the extraction of peanut oil with supercritical carbon dioxide. The extraction curves are completely fitted by a mass transfer model established by Sovova. On analogy to the Colburn J-factor and using the parameters estimated from the modelling, the product of external mass transfer coefficient, extraction pressure, and void fraction of the packed bed is an exponential function of the mass flow rate of carbon dioxide divided by the viscosity of the supercritical carbon dioxide. The internal mass transfer coefficient is mainly affected by the extraction pressure for the same particle size. |
