中文摘要 | 本報告是從南臺灣的海囗、南灣海邊全年按月所採的野生種龍鬚菜(Gracilaria coronopifolia)所作季節性樣本的洋菜膠性質分析。在海囗地區的樣本中,五種 分析的洋菜膠性質中有四種在三月份有全年的高點。南灣地區的樣本中,三月份 的洋菜膠性質也有多項是較高點。二、三月的低水溫、低光照和高鹽度的季節顯 然有利於健康的藻體及增加洋菜膠性質。兩地區的龍鬚菜樣本凝膠溫度(gelling temperature)在七月最高,超過35℃。1.5﹪膠強度(gel strength)在海口三 月份採樣高達1161g cm*,南灣則在四月份樣本中有該地區全年最高值585g cm * 。兩處採樣的全年樣本中3,6-anhydrogalactose的含量海口約在35﹪變動, 而以三月最高;南灣則在27﹪附近,以九月最高。兩處採樣區的全年樣本中 su1pha1e含量,分別在三月和九月有兩個高峰,南灣是6.56﹪和5.46%,海囗則 是11.95%和9.32﹪。其中海口地區藻體的pyruvate含量也在三月和十月有較高 值。這些洋菜膠性質的季節性變化值彼此間及與氣候因子之相關性不大,最高者 3,6-anhydrogalactose和Dsulphate問的柤關性,如海口r=0.419,南灣r=0.536。 |
英文摘要 | Our report shows the seasonal changes of agar quality from a wild Gracilaria species, G. coronopifolia, on the southern Taiwan seashore. Four values of the five agar quality determined in our whole year Haikou specimens were increased from February to the highest point in March. Some values of agar quality in Nanwan agarophyte samples were also higher in March. The season of low water temperature, low natural irradiance and high salinity from February to March is good for creation of healthy agarophytes and increases of agar quality in wild Taiwan Gracilaria species. Gelling temperatures of this species in two sampling sites (Nanwan and Haikou) were highest in July, above 35℃. Gel strengths of 1.5% (w/v) agar solution were high, up to 1161g cm* from the March specimen in Haikou, and 585 g cm* from the April collection in Nanwan. The contents of 3,6-anhydrogalactose in both sampling fields varied seasonally but were higher in March and September, fluctuating at 35% in Haikou and 27% in Nanwan. The sulphate contents in March and September peaked at 6.56/5.46% and 11.95/9.32% in Nanwan and Haikou, respectively. There were also higher pyruvate contents in March and October in the Haikou specimens. The correlation among agar quality and environmental conditions was not very high in our results. The highest correlation occurred between sulphate and 3,6-anhydrogalactose for both the Haikou and Nanwan specimens (r=0.419 and 0.536, respectively). |
