中文摘要 | 本研究對日本兩座發電廠冷卻海水系統流進漂砂的實況進行調查,並利 用一套模擬實驗用冷凝器探討漂砂對冷凝管材料的腐蝕影響,其結果如下:(1)冷 卻海水的漂砂含量平常為10ppm以下,在颱風季節大約為100 ppm。(2)經由注入亞 鐵離子預先於管面形成的富鐵質保護性皮膜,具有防止漂砂腐蝕的效果,有效期 間大約三個月。(3)因應海水含漂砂的大多數情況下,施行亞鐵離子注入時,鋁黃 銅不失為良好的冷凝管材。而在含砂量較高情況下,宜於抽換管時機,選用預塗 裝管。 |
英文摘要 | The actual conditions of drifting sand entering into thecooling water was investigated at two power plants and theinfluence on corrosion of condenser tubes was also studied by amodel condenser. The results are as follows;(1) Sand content in cooling water was usually less than 10 ppm, although at the typhoon season it was about 100 ppm.(2) The iron rich protective film previously formed by ferrous ion injection is effective to prevent sand erosion for a period, e.g. three months.(3) In most cases, aluminum brass is good for use as condenser tubes with ferrous ion injection according to the content of sand. And a pre-coated tube is better in the case of retubing under conditions of high content of sand. |
