中文摘要 | 本研究的目的在探討五專男生在跑完七公里路跑後,身體的肌肉及肝功能是否會 受到損傷。 以 11 位男性學生為受試者,在未參加路跑前及路跑後 0.5、24、48、72 小時 各抽血分析其肌酸激�t( CK ), 天門冬氨酸基轉移�t( GOT )及丙氨酸安基轉移�t( GPT )之活性,所得的資料以重複量數單因子變異數分析分別考核,α值定為 0.01, 結果 發現路跑後 0.5 小時及 24 小時 CK 值顯著大於路跑前, 且在 24 小時時 CK 之活性值則 顯著大於各個時段之活性值,至於 GOT 及 GPT 之活性值在路跑前後皆無顯著差異。所得之 結論為:七公里路跑對男學生的肌肉功能會產生些許的傷害,但在路跑 72 小時之後即可恢 復至正常水準,至於肝功能方面則無任何影響。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research is to find out whether seven-lilmoeter running will do harm to the functions of the muscles and the livers of fiveyear college male male students. Eleven male students were selected in the test. To analyze the activity of Creatine kinase (ck), Glutamate-oxaloacetate transaminase (GOT) and Glutamate-pyruvate transaminase (GPT), the blood of each student was drawn before running, 1/2 hour, 24 hours, 48 hours and 72 hours after running respectively. Using Repeated Measures One-way ANOVA to examine the data we got and letting α equal 0.01, we found CK values of 1/2 hour and 24 hours after running were much higher than that we got before running. However, GOT value and GPT value didn't change much. So, we conclude that seven-kilometer running will do some harm to the function of the muscles, but the function will be back to the normal level after running for 72 hours. As for the function of the liver, no harm will be done to it. |
