中文摘要 | 以草海桐(Scaevola sericea)三種不同部位枝條(距頂芽0-15cm、距頂芽15- 30cm、距頂芽30一45cm),進行四種浸漬處理(0.1速大多、0.2過錳酸鉀、清水及不 浸漬),探討草海桐扦插繁殖之可行性,試驗結果如下: 1. 草海桐扦插採穗部位以具頂芽留葉部位發根率83.08最佳,距頂芽30-45cm之部 位41.83次之,距頂芽15-30cm部位發根率21.48最差。 2. 就不同藥劑處理對發根率而言,以0.2過錳酸鉀平均發根率55.43與0.1的速大多 52.35,兩種浸漬處理具有顯著之效果,唯浸漬清水處理雖仍可略為提高發根 率,但與對照組間之差異並未達顯著效果。 3. 不同部位插穗所得之苗木依T/R率評定,以具頂芽留葉之插穗苗木品質最優, 其次為距頂芽30-45cm插穗苗,距頂芽15-3cm插穗苗木品質最差。 4. 插穗經不同藥劑浸漬處理後苗木品質依T/R率評定,以0.1速大多處理效果最 佳,0.2過錳酸鉀與浸漬清水處理次之,對照組苗木品質最差。 |
英文摘要 | The feasibility of vegetative propagation of Scaevola sericea was determined bystem cuttings. In the propagation,three segments of shoots including leafy terminal(0-15 cm from the apical),middle (16-30 cm away from the apical) and lower (30to 45 cm from the apical) were obtained,and then treated with chemical solutionsincluding 0.1 START, 0.2 KMnO��, distilled water and control without anytreatment. The results of the present studies were described as following: 1. The leafy terminal cuttings had the highest rooting percentage (83.08), and the lower was ranked as the second (41.83) and the middle branch gave the low est rooting percentage (21.48). 2. The impact of different chemicals on the rooting percentage indicated thatcutdngs treated with 0.2 KMnO�牽r 0.1 START obtained higher percentage of rooted cutting, 55.43 and 52.35 respectively.and showed significant differences as comparing to cuttings treated with water or control. 3. The terminal with leaves gave the best quality of seedlings,the middle branches gave the worest seedlings when seedling quality was evaluated by the T/R ratio as a criteria. 4. For the seedling quality of cuttings after treated with chemical solutions was also evaluated with T/R ratio. The best quality was obtained from the cuttings treated with chemicals of 0.1 START, and 0.2 KMnO�� and then followed by the distilled water treatment, and thecheck was the worst. |
