中文摘要 | 本試驗觀察攝食含梅納褐變水解卵蛋白(BHEA)飼料12週的大白鼠盲腸內細菌相的變化及探討可能的原因。試驗動物盲腸內容物的Clostridium perfingens菌數比對照組顯著的增加(p<0.05)。從10���e。稀釋的盲腸內容物中自試驗組分離出口Ostridium及Ruminococcus,但也另自對照組分離出Peptostriptococcus吸Succinimonas。由�p啶羧酸的變化判斷,葡萄糖-色胺酸褐變產物曾刺激C.perfringens孢子的萌發。這可能即是BHEA使C.perfringens在大白鼠盲腸中菌數增加的原因。 |
英文摘要 | The cecal microbial profile of rats fed diet containing Maillard browned by drolyzed egg albumin (BHEA) for 12 weeks was studied. The viable count of Clostridum perfringens in cecal contents of the experimental animals was significantly (p<0.05) higher than that of the control. From 10���e dilution of the cecalcontent, Clostridium and Ruminococcus were isolated only from the experimentalgroup, while Peptostreptococcus and Succinimonas were isolated only from thecontrol group. When spores of C. perfringens were soaked in deionized watercontaining glucose-tryptophan browned products, germination of the spores wasdetected on the reduction of dipicolinic acid in spore. This data suggests thatBHEA may activate spore germination and outgrowth of C. perfringens. |
