中文摘要 | 本研究目的在於評估八種聚醣類(polysaccharides) (Bar, curdlan, inulin, laminaran, levan, PO, yeast glucan及zymosan)對台灣重要養殖魚類之一吳郭魚(Tilapia aureus P.),之細菌感染症保護效力。聚醣類(10mg/kg b.w.)於攻毒前第四及第二天腹腔 注射吳郭魚兩次,再分別以Aeromonas hydrophila或Sreptococcus sp.攻毒,十四天後統 計各組各組存活率。本次試驗結果顯示,八種聚醣類中,除laminaran外,均能提高吳郭魚 細菌感的存活率。並且其中之zymosan, PO及yeast glucan在注射後之吳郭魚A. hydrphila 及Streptococcus sp.感染症有明顯的保護效力(p<0.05)。 |
英文摘要 | The aim of this study was to evaluate the antibacterial effects of eight polysacchorides., in vivo. Tilapia were given two intraperitoneally injections two days apart with the polysccharides (10mg/kg body weight) before challenged with bacteria. They then were challenged with either Aeromonas hydrophila or Streptococcus sp. And observed for mortalities. The results indicated that all polysaccharides tested except laminaran could increase the survival rate. Treatment with zymosan, Po, and yeast glucan resuted in significant protection of tilapia against A. hyrophila and Streptococcus sp. Infection (P<0.05) in vivo. |
