中文摘要 | 服務業重要性與日劇增,其中業數以零售最多,但有關零售的學術研究卻相當缺 乏。本研究主要藉助組織生態理論之觀點,將其應用在零售業之業態關係的分析上,以了解 產業間彼此互動之關係,以及對零售商店經營之影響。 經由文獻回顧,本研究發展出四項命題,並配合問卷之發展,蒐集450份有效樣本。 分析結果顯示,本研究所提及之各項命題,大致均可得以驗證。亦即:1.零售商店間確 實存在有相鄰偏好、互斥、及相鄰無偏好等關係;2.凡能創造大量消費人潮之商店,均為其 他商店寄生之對象,故有較高之相鄰偏好;3.具有相同格調者(如清潔程度、消費金額等) ,因可吸引相同之消費群,對彼此均有利,故亦有較高之相鄰偏好;4.凡格調不同、或產品 具有高度同質性或替代性者,因競爭關係,均具有較高之相鄰互斥。 |
英文摘要 | The Service Industry is more and more important. Academic researches for the retailing, the largest business number of Service Indstry, are scarcely ever. This paper applies the Organizational Ecology theory to analyse the interrelationship of retailing stores and how this interrelationship influences the performance of retailing. This paper uses Literature Review Method to develop 4 propositions, and uses personal interview method to collect 450 effective samples by questionaires, this paper developed. The propositions of this paper are roughly supported after the analysis of the empirical data. The important conclusions of this paper includes: 1.there are being three kinds of interrelationship, Mutualism Relationship, Exclusive Relationship, and Nonpreference Relationship, between retailing stores. 2.the more customers a store can auracts, the more preference the stroe get. 3.the stores which have more same characters would have more Mutualism Relationship. 4.the stores which have almost the same product would have more Exclusive Relationship. |
