中文摘要 | 呂氏春秋是秦代大政客呂不韋 (公元前?~前二三五年)為實現天下統一的理想並提供治國藍本,命賓客學者集體創作。全書計有八覽、六論、十二紀,一百六十篇,十萬餘言。 是書為雜家代表作,主要是因揉和先秦諸子思想精華,初看似無一貫思想,其實呂氏春秋一百六十篇論文中,縱觀全書,仔細勾探各篇文意,發現是書固然包含道、墨、法、名、陰陽、縱橫、農、兵各家言論,不過全書實以儒家為思想重心,不管論說何家思想,最後必回歸儒家思想。 其次是書所論內容甚廣,人生、教育、戰爭、禮樂、稼穡、經濟幾無所不包,但橫貫全書旨趣,發現全書重在暢發政治理論。 儒家的政治思想源於親親尚賢,重倫理是其根本精神,尚賢能則是主要依據。 春秋戰國時代,各國事務益雜,各國接觸日繁,這些繁重的國家大事,已非以前依緣於血緣、親緣的貴族公子所能勝任,於是各國君主不得不起用一批與國君血緣無關的新人,甚至是異國賢士,前來協理內政、外交、軍國大事。 呂不韋身膺秦相國,眼見即將統一天下,求才尤為孔急;於書中約以百分之十五的篇幅,暢論用賢之道。凡尚賢的目的、用賢的實效、任用的態度及賢士的特質、修養、氣度、胸襟均予以暢論,自成尚賢理論體系,深入研討,當能領略呂氏春秋書中的政治思想大要。 |
英文摘要 | This study examines the essence of Lu Pu-Wei's Spring and Autumn Annals which was a mixture of the thoughts of different philosophers before Chin dynasty. During the Warring States period, kings were obliged to employ many learned advisers so that they could manage complicated public affairs. In an attempt to realise the aspirations of uniting nations, learned advisers were requested by the Prime Minister of Chin dynasty Lu Pu-Wei, to design collectively a blueprint for a better country. The Spring and Autumn Annals was a work of political philosophy, that was divided according to the following categories: biography, education, war, ceremonies, agriculture and economy. Despite its discussion of other philosophers of the Warring States, Lu Pu-Wei's Annals, emphasized Confucian thought. In sum, it was in large part about the way to respect learned advisers and enlisting the services of the talented. |
