中文摘要 | 真空吹氧爐(VOD)為生產不鏽鋼的重要精煉設備。吹氧脫碳後,爐渣中氧化鉻含量一般達30%以上,而爐渣還原製程與爐渣廢棄物之環保問題以及生產成本有絕對之關係。因此提高鉻合金回收率、降低爐渣中鉻含量為爐渣還原之重要目標。而還原製程同時亦有脫硫之效果。提高脫硫率,降低鋼材硫含量則為品質提升之重點。以實驗室級氣氛週波爐與真空週波爐為研究工具;並且在不鏽鋼的實際量產作適度調整,將VOD還原脫硫能力提高到優異的水準。還原後爐渣鉻含量可控制於1%以下,脫硫能力亦大幅提昇,鋼材硫含量降低至25 ppm之平均水準。其重要技術在於爐渣鹽基度控制於1.8以上,及還原前自由氧的壓低。由於爐渣主成份調整在高容硫量區域;且具快速渣化之效果,因此達到高脫硫效率的目標,硫含量最低亦可達10 ppm以下。 |
英文摘要 | Vacuum decarburization is a very important step in making high chromium content steel. After decarburization phase, the chromium oxide content in the slag could be as high as 30%. Therefore, in addition to the main task of decarburization of the VOD unit, it is imperative to enter reduction and desulfurization phase in order to achieve a high chromium yield and low sulfur content in steel. These two goals are not only keys to the low cost and good quality product but also important to environmental issue. Selected samples were taken from laboratory induction furnace and VOD units for the study of reduction and desulfurization with different slag basicities. The chromium recovery and sulfur removal of the steel melt were enhanced through a fluid basic slag. The average chromium oxide content in slag is below 1% after reduction. The average sulfur content of SUS 304 is 25 ppm. Sulfur level of less than 10 ppm can be reached for high purity steel grades. |
