中文摘要 | 臺灣栽培之果桑46C019品系,一般於5月修剪整枝,促使其重新生長新梢,培育結果枝。其枝條腋芽之花芽分化於芽齡8日開始,至芽齡57日花穗成熟,而於1月萌芽開花,3至4月間桑椹成熟,產期僅約1個月。本試驗利用25%尿素溶液、20%氰氨基化鈣懸浮液及2%氰胺溶液等藥劑於8至12月之每月中旬分別噴施植株,結果顯示9至12月催芽處理者皆可促進開花結實,依處理時期不同,可在12月上旬至翌年3月成熟,其產量均以2%氰胺溶液處理者顯著較高;而且在8至10月處理者,可有第二次開花結實。又在自然生長新梢而不修剪整枝之情況下,以0.5%、1%、2%及4%等氰胺濃度於8至12月之每月中旬噴施植株,結果顯示於8月至12月催芽處理者,皆可促進開花結實,依處理時期不同,可在9月下旬至翌年3月成熟,其產量均以0.5%氰胺濃度處理者顯著較低,其他處理間無顯著差異;而且在8至11月催芽處理者可有第二次開花結實。分析其枝條中碳水化合物及氮素含量之消長,在8-9月時全碳水化合物含量約為20%,全氮含量約為1%,其C/N值約為20,之後皆維持在此值以上,然而經催芽處理,可促使其開花結實。 |
英文摘要 | New shoots were grown in a ten-year old 46c019 sorosis mulberry (Morus atropurpurea Roxb) after pruning in May. Differentiation of the flower bud within oxillary bud began on the eight day of bud age. On the fifty seventh day of bud age, female inflorescence formation was completed. Also, its natural flowering period is January in Taiwan. The harvesting dates of the fruit runged between May and April. The production period was only around one month. Therefore, these flower buds appeared to be uniform emergence when trees were treated with 25% urea, 20% CaCN₂ and 2% H₂CN₂ from September to December. Harvesting data and fruit yields showed in early December and then increased gradually to March of the following year. Whereas of fruit yields per plant of 2% H₂CN₂ treatment were significantly higher than that of control. Also, more fruit was produced following treatments from August to October. Furthermore, new shoots were grown in eleven-year old 46C019 with a natural budding condition in January. These flower buds appeared to be uniform emergence when trees were treated with 0.5%, 1%, 2% and 4% H₂CN₂ from August to December. Harvesting date and fruit yields appeared in late September and then increased gradually to March of the following year, whereas yields per plant were significantly lower for 0.5% H₂CN₂ treatments. Also, more fruit had been produced with treatments from august to November. The changes in carbohydrate and nitrogen contents were determined in new shoots from May 1993 to April 1995. Analysis results indicated that these fruit appeared with bud-forcing treatments in which the C/N ratios were above 20. |
