中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在於探討最大前屈與後展時軀幹肌電活動與腰椎角度的關連。研究 之進行以 45 位自願受測者接受放射攝影以收集其最大前屈與後展時腰椎角度 (L1-L2, L2-L3, L3-L4, L4-L5,L5-S1,L1-S1) 的變化, 同時量測闊背肌、下背脊肌、腹直肌、 腹斜肌之肌電訊號。肌電訊號以輕鬆直立狀態為休息值,最大前屈與後展各為觀測值,並經 正常化後表示為 NEMG。 以腰椎角度於最大前屈與後展時的變化,與測量之肌電位進行相關 分析。 結果最大前屈時腰椎角度與闊背肌有顯著相關,除了 L1-L2 外與上、下背脊肌亦有 顯著相關。腹直肌則於 L3-L4 有明顯相關,而腹斜肌則與所有活動均無顯著之相關。最 大後展時所有肌電位與角度變化均為正相關。 其中 L1-L2 之角度變化與闊背肌有顯著相關 ,L2-L3 則與上背脊肌之訊號有顯著相關,下背脊肌電位與 L3-L4、L4-L5 角度變化呈顯著 相關。腹直肌明顯地除 L1-L2 外均有相關,而腹斜肌肌電訊號明顯相關於 L1-L2、L2-L3、 L3-L4 及 L1-S1。由研究中發現軀幹肌肉群於不同姿勢與腰椎角度上呈現顯著的相關。 (中 華物療誌 1997;22(4):237-242) |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the electromyographic activity (EMG) of trunk muscles and changes in the intervertebral angles of the lumbar spine. A total of 45 volunteers without any complaint of lower back pain participated in this study. Each subject undertook radiological cinegraphy with three different postures (upright, maximal trunk flexion and maximal trunk extension). EMG were collected at the same positions as were chosen during radiological examination. The muscle groups recorded were latissmus dorsi, erectus spinae(upper portion, and lower portion), rectus abdominalis, and abdominis obliqui. EMG signals were digitized, integrated and normalized (NEMG). During maximum trunk extension a positive correlation was found between abdominal muscle NEMG and lumbar intervertebral angles. During maximum trunk flexion, on the other hand, showed a negative relationship between back muscle NEMG and lumbar intervertebral angles. Our results also suggest that these relationships were established due to anatomical locations of the respective muscle group and lumbarsegament. (JPTA ROC 1997;22(4):237-242) |
