中文摘要 | 除臨床型的傳染華氏囊病會導致雞隻高死亡率外,當雛雞感染本病時亦會引起免疫反應的抑制。因此,本病常帶給養雞業者極大的經濟損失。有關本病的診斷方法目前較常用的包括血清抗體測定、病理學檢查、病毒分離及電子顯微鏡檢查。而和分子生化學研究相關的一些技術如北方吸漬雜合反應,墨點雜合反應或免疫墨點法,及聚合?連反應等已被報告用來診斷傳染性華氏囊病毒的感染。上列幾種方法直接用於檢測病材中所含病毒次單位成分如病毒部分核酸序列或蛋白質。一般而言,且具有快速及高敏感度和特異性,尤其適用於本病早期感染的診斷。因此,幾種分子生化技術的研發與應用將可提昇本病的診斷效果。 |
英文摘要 | Besides causing high mortality, the clinical form for infectious bursal disease (IBD)also induces immunosuppession in young chicks. Thus, the disease causes tremendous economic losses for the poultry producers. Current methods for the diagnosis of this disease include the measurement of antibody to IBD virus, pathological examination, virus isolation and electron microscopic examination. Several techniques routinely used in molecular biochemical studies such as northern blot hybirdization, dot blot hybridizaion or immuno-dot assay, and polymerase chan reaction has been adapted for the diagnosis of IBD virus infection. These molecular techniques are used to directly detect the viral subunit components (viral partial genomic sequences or proteins) in sample specimens. Generally, they are considered to be more rapid, specific and sensitive than conventional methods, particularly, in the diagnosis of IBD virus infection at the early stage. Therefore, the development and application of these molecular may improve the efficacy in diagnosis of IBD. |
