英文摘要 | The leaf water potential of cabbage and sweet pepper seedlings reached to the lowestat 2:00 pm. However, daily variation of leaf potential of seedlings grown in Water Lockamended medium was less significant than control. After 48 hours of water stress treatment, the leaf turgor potential of controlledseedlings declined to -0.09 MPa, but seedlings grown in Water Lock-amended medium stillmaintained at 0.2 MPa even after 72 hours of stop watering. The sweet pepper seedlings showed same results as cabbage, which showed thatseedlings grown in Water Lock-amended medium had better growth. Due 'to the sensitivityof sweet pepper to water stress, the leaf turgor potential of seedlings declined to nearly 0MPa after 72 hours of water stress treatment. |
