中文摘要 | 長久以來粘棉的問題一直困擾著紡紗業界,原棉密露為造成棉纖維有粘著性的原因之一,然而棉纖維的含糖量與粘棉現象的嚴重與否,兩者之間並無關係。目前台灣經濟環境尚有合乎經濟的消除原棉粘性之有效方法,故在使用 上係採粘性低的原棉為目前解決方式。但由於粘棉會造成紡紗上極大傷害,針對台灣地區紡紗業界迫切性之需求,經由紡紗業界及棉紡公會所蒐集各不同產區棉樣以SCT法來進行粘性二步析,並以地區別及國別分別統計其粘點數,供紡紗業界採購原棉之參考。但是由於不可控制因素而購入了較高粘性的原棉時,經調查測試結果,以控制混棉後之平均粘點數低於30點以下,可得一較為良好有穩定的紡紗效果,以配棉方式逐漸消化粘性較高之原棉。 |
英文摘要 | The problem of stickness has disturbed the spinning sector for a long time , one of the reasons of the existance of stickness in cotton fibers is the honeydew of raw cotton. However, there is no relationship between the sugar content percentage and the stickness phenomenon, and there are no any effective and economical way for eliminate the stickness of raw cotton, if the economical enviroment of Taiwan is concerned. Due to the enumerous damage in spinning is caused by the stickness , the Taiwan Cotton Spinnin-ers Association and the spinning industry involved collect the cotton samples from each different cotton-producing area and analyze the stick-ness by Sticky Cotton Thermodetection(SCT), the number of stickness was also counted in term of areas and countries. All this information was given to the spinning sector as reference, in order to select the low-sticky cotton for solving the present problem. The mixed cotton, which has average stick-ness of less than 30, can be used for obtaining the better and stable spin-ning effects. Therefore, the high sticky cotton can be gradually consumed using the cotton mixing method. |
