中文摘要 | 本篇文章經由視訊壓縮系統最上層的功能方塊圖,逐步的往下剖析所採用的視訊壓縮核心技術與觀念。並希望透過視訊壓縮技術上可適性的能力改進壓縮率,向有限的傳輸頻寬容納更多的資訊量挑戰。在此結構性壓縮系統架構下我們依序介紹各種壓縮技術如輸入影像的切割方式,影像區塊分類法則,圖框間的動量預估,轉換編碼與轉換域區塊量化處理,和可適性的區塊編碼原則,期能在實用系統執行上,彈性的選擇、組合壓縮處理技術,得到較低位元量高壓縮率與高品質的壓縮視訊訊號。 |
英文摘要 | In this report, we present a video compress coding scheme with a hierarchical overview from upper functional system block diagram to lower block with different details in the video signal coding processing technique. The ideas behind this paper is to chellenge the compression algorithm implementation skills in system designation so as to provide high video signal quality with a quite low compressed bit stream sequence fitting within the finite transmission medium bandwidth. After a brief codec system architecture overview, it’s them followed by a more detail description of coding technique. Basically, the framework of a video codec involves video signal preprocessing, segmentation of image into subblocks, classification & subblock mode identified, frame-to-frame motion detection/estimation for classified subblock, transformation, block quantization, and variable loseless coding scheme applicable to each class of quantized subblock. And, we hope this paper will give reader more deep inside view of a real codec system and help designer choose the compress technique more flexibly with scene adaptive capability getting finner compressed video quality. |
