中文摘要 | 本研究的主要目的在探討影響臺南地區中式餐飲從業人員是否留任目前工作中之 各項因素的滿意度與其留任傾向的關係。於研究架構下,從臺南市供餐能力達20桌以上之 中式筵席餐廳中,隨機抽出30家餐廳,每家餐廳再隨機抽取1-5位員工為樣本,由研究 者面對面施測問卷,共得有效問卷120份。研究結果經由數據整理及統計分析後,顯示出 兩項結論:(1)留任傾向與工作條件滿意度、交流升遷滿意度、肯定尊重滿意度有顯著正 相關。(2)不同工作內容的員工於交流升遷滿意度上有顯著差異。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to assess the effects of satisfaction and importance of job retention factors on employees' turnover in Chinese restaurants in Tainan. In each restaurant, 1-5 employees were randomly selected to answer the designed questionnaires in each restaurant; totally 120 effective samples were obtained from 30 Chinese style restaurants in Tainan. The result demonstrated that, 1. The trend of job retention has significant and positive correlations with the satisfaction levles of working condition, interaction and promotion, and respections; 2. Significant differences exits on the satisfaction levels of interaction and promotion between different positions. |
